A database connection pool exhaustion caused elevated p99 latency on all API endpoints between 14:03 and 14:21 UTC. Connections were recycled automatically and the issue resolved without data loss. Post-mortem: pool max-size increased and alert threshold lowered.
A bug introduced in v2.3.0 caused click counts to be off by one for links created after March 28. Counts were corrected retroactively on April 3. No links were affected — only the analytics display.
